How do I sign in?

Open Marque, enter the work email your organisation gave you, and you'll be taken to your organisation's sign-in. On your first sign-in, leave the password field empty — you'll be asked to create your own password.

I've forgotten my password.

Ask an administrator at your organisation to reset it. They can issue a temporary password, which you'll replace with a new one the next time you sign in.

Who can see my assessment results?

Access depends on your role. Managers see results for their own department's team; directors and administrators see results across the organisation; team members see their own. Results are never shared outside your organisation.

I can't reach the server / the app won't load.

Check your internet connection and try again. The app keeps working with recently loaded content offline and catches up when it reconnects. If the problem continues, email us at the address above.

How is my data handled?

Your data is stored securely, kept separate for each organisation, and never sold. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
